First Time Login Individual PolicyHolders: Your password has been initially set to the birthdate of the policy owner. You must enter it in the format where YYYY represents the birth year, MM represents the birth month, and DD represents the birth day. Enter it as shown with no punctuation. For example, a policy owner born July 1, 1962 would enter the password as 19620701. Note: If your policy number and birth date is correct and you are not allowed access to your information please contact customer service for assistance @ 1 800-669-9030. Corporate Policyholders: Please Contact Customer Service to obtain your password. Change Your Password You may change your password at any time by entering your Policy Number and Current Password into the fields provided and pressing the \|Change\| button.
